Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

For example (Gift cards, Sale or clearance items, Custom-made or personalized orders, if there is any such criteria for that)

3.Return Process

We encourage customers to review product details and specifications before making a purchase decision.

    • You can initiate a return request on our website or contact our Customer Support team at sapnlok@gmail.com or 9205072257. They will guide you through the process.
    • Once your return request is booked, please be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up at their discretion. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, increasing the overall timeline.
    • Upon successful initiation of your return, you will receive updates directly on the website, and the same information will be forwarded to you via WhatsApp, SMS, etc. The estimated pick-up date and time will be provided, and the delivery person will collect the item from your doorstep.
    • Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including the RMA number and a copy of the receipt. Use a trackable shipping service to send the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
  • Extra ((Please note that while most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse logistics, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (if any) incurred for processing such returns.))
  • If there’s any (The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.)
  • 4.Damages and issues

    In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, one with a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 hours of receipt and provide relevant photographs of the issue. We are dedicated to addressing these matters promptly and will either arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference, to ensure the issue is resolved satisfactorily.

    5.Refund Policy

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

    Once it is approved,your refund will be initiated within 4-5 business days of receiving and authorizing the refund request. The refunded amount is expected to be credited to the account used for the order payment within 7 days after the refund is initiated. Please note that the actual timing of the credit is dependent on various external agencies such as(( banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques).

    Please note that we depend on your bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
